Refund Policy

At WebHubPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

1. Full Refund

A full refund of your advance payment is issued if: WebHubPro is unable to start your project within the agreed timeline due to our capacity issues, OR you cancel within 24 hours of advance payment AND no work has started.

2. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if you cancel after work starts but before 50% completion — up to 25% of the advance based on work completed.

3. No Refund

• Cancellation after 50% or more of the project is completed
• Client change of mind after initial draft stage
• After client has received and approved final delivered work
• Delays caused by client failure to provide content or approvals
• Monthly retainer payments after the service period starts
• Domain registration and hosting fees paid to third-party providers

4. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund for dissatisfaction, please use your included revision rounds. Our revision process is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds credited to the original payment method
