At WebHubPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued.
A full refund of your advance payment is issued if: WebHubPro is unable to start your project within the agreed timeline due to our capacity issues, OR you cancel within 24 hours of advance payment AND no work has started.
A partial refund may be issued if you cancel after work starts but before 50% completion — up to 25% of the advance based on work completed.
Before requesting a refund for dissatisfaction, please use your included revision rounds. Our revision process is designed to ensure your satisfaction.
